Waitlist signup: When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. We may also collect technical data associated with your signup, such as IP address, approximate location (e.g., city/country derived from IP), and referrer (the site or link you came from). This helps us prevent abuse and understand how people find us.
Accounts: If you create an account, our authentication provider (currently Clerk) collects account information such as your email address and sign-in data. We use this to operate your account, sync your list and settings, and manage your plan.
Payments: If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (currently Stripe) collects and processes payment information. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Extension and web app: The ReStock Pro extension and web app run in your browser and may access product pages you choose to track. We do not collect or transmit the content of those pages to our servers beyond what is necessary to provide restock alerts and operate the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
Technical data: We and our service providers may collect device, browser, log, and cookie information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
We use the information we collect to operate and provide the Service, send product-related notices, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the Service. Data may be stored and processed using third-party services (for example hosting, authentication, payments, and email) that we select with care for security and privacy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery), subject to confidentiality obligations. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in our messages or by contacting us. You can stop using the extension by uninstalling it, and you can close your account by contacting us.
